Root SG II Bricked

Newbie
I have a new SG II I727R. I unrooted it successfully and install CWM. I downloaded Neat Rom, but during the installation process through CMW it bricked my phone. The phone is now in for repairs.

Do you know if there are known issues with this Rom or would it be something I did/ i am just hesitant to flash any more roms to it after it has been fixed.

I was stupid and tried to install a rom not meant for the phone. obviously i did not know. anyways it is out for repairs. the guy manage to unbrick the phone but is having a problem reinstalling the software back on the phone.

The phone would not boot up at all even after pulling he battery. this is an expensive mistake.

The people on that developmemt board are pricks...they love thinking they are better than me. calling names etc. Thanks to the ppl on here for at least being civil.

Yeah, I refuse to post on that site. The instructions these developers put are so badly written and laced with all these threats about "don't waste my time asking about 'x' because blah blah blah..." I just very delicately tinker away...

I hate to ask, but once you got CWM on your phone, did you make a backup? That's the important part. I screwed up the first installation of ICS on my Rogers set, but I managed to flush it back to my exact starting point, no problems. THEN I managed to get it working ok!
