Help SG S6 Notice root reset IMEI information

Bonjour a tous , alors voila il y a quelques jour jai acheter un galaxy s6 (SM-G920F) sous 5.1.1 , le téléphone marchait super bien mais j'ai remarqué quand je l'allumait en haut a gauche il est inscrit "kernel is not seandroid enforcing " je me suis donc un peu renseigner et j'ai constaté que le smartphone etait root et que la personne avait changé l'imei mais il m'a fournit tout ces accessoires d'origine et la facture mais la n'est pas le probleme , le telephone est assez lent je voulais donc savoir que signifiait le fameux message au demarrage et si je pouvait reinitialiser aux valeurs d'usine le telephone sans perdre le root et l'imei actuel. Merci d'avoir pris le temp de lire mon probleme .

The message about the kernel is basically a warning that it is not the stock kernel. I have heard of this on some Samsung devices running a custom ROM. Most custom Roms have a modified kernel. Some devices have a modified kernel installed as part of the rooting process.
Factory resetting the device should not effect root or Sim unlock status.
One legitimate reason the IMEI is different is that the motherboard may have been changed and the phone is a refurbished unit.
