SGN2 on Straight Talk: Who updates?

Say I get a new unlocked AT&T (or T-Mobile) GN2 and hook it up with Straight Talk. Anyone know how Android updates will occur? Will it be thru AT&T or T-Mobile indirectly because Straight Talk is purchasing time on their networks? Or not at all?

I've heard that the International version will get updates directly from Samsung.

But relative to the AT&T and T-Mob branded phones, once those are unlocked and running on Straight Talk, how do updates occur? Or do they?
