I had to vent this out..

They charged to my credit card last week but have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking info yet.. checked the status at their website and it says my order has been processed and shipped on the same day... It was supposed to be shipped via Priority Mail, which normally takes 1~3 days.. but I haven't received anything.. There is no phone number... no response to my emails.. I'm just so frustrated..

Do not buy anything from their website!!!

I had the same issue.

After waiting 2 weeks for something that should have taken a couple of days I contacted them.

When I inquired they gave me a tracking number. The shipment had been sent back because of an invalid address.

My address in paypal is correct but wrong on their website. While the item was shipped back to LA it is sitting at a post office so the return address is likely wrong also.

When contacted again they refused to do anything until they received the item back.

After a month I finally disputed the transaction with paypal.

I ordered mine through Amazon, which I believe goes through them, and mine went through pretty quick.

Same thing that happened to me. I contacted them via email, provided the tracking information that showed it shipped to the wrong address and that it had already been returned to them, and gave them my new address. Nothing ever showed up from them, even though they acknowledged my email and said they would reship the items at no charge.

I won't be buying from them again.

They have no phone number. Wow.

Anyways, I couldn't install the screen protectors properly.

Even did the stupid hot shower thing and crap still got under. By the time I flipped it back up and did the scotch tape idea, it was crooked corners and finger printed.

Pain in the ass piece of crap screen protector ;)

I couldn't get mine on either. I emailed them about returning it and it took 7 emails before I heard something and then they finally responded and told me what to do.

I just received my email confirmation that they will be refunding me.

Really? They told me

"Hello,
Thank you for contacting SGP customer service.
For a fact, we do not take responsibility for failure of installation.
However you can provide replacement by our exchange policy duty.
As soon as you return your items back, we will send you replacement."

I have a feeling they would charge me to ship it back. So shipping both ways would be almost as much as the screen protector.

Does BB or Verizon have good screen protectors?

I'd suggest Ghost Armor, I got it and am very happy with it. Pretty much indestructible compared to the cheap shitty ones Verizon sells.

I tried the ones sold at VZW. They work and are easy to install, but they don't look great. My screen had a grainy kind of look with those on. Overall, they're pretty mediocre, IMO.

Ones at Verizon gave my screen that grainy / rainbowy effect aswell.

Ordered my Crystal Clear through Amazon, much greater improvement over the Verizon ones, not to mention that actually protect the full front face of the phone, and gives it a much cleaner look.

BB has the Zagg Invisible Shield. It's my current favorite of any I've ever used in the past. I'm just not sure I want the slightly tacky feeling on my Inc. It's still naked. It goes into its felt pouch whenever not in use and the screen is still pristine after 2 months of use.

Got mine through their eBay site with just a short delay in shipping. I trashed the first one but the second went on flawlessly. My wife ordered the same for hers and the first went on without a hitch. No bubbles, just perfect. You can't even tell that there's a screen protector on.

I've ordered twice from them in the last two months. First time I ever heard of them was on this forum.

Two friends have also ordered their protectors from Steinheil (for an EVO and Nexus One). None of us have had shipping issues or installation problems.

If you live in abject filth, that may explain why you're having installation problems. Fingerprints under the screen? Then why did you hold it that way? Why didn't you read the instructions?

Threads like these make it sound like you guys are letting ten year olds install your screens protectors with sticky crumbed fingers and all.

Well, if ever a poster child for how anonymity on the Internet can turn a normal person into a complete tool were needed, I think we've found him.

Thanks for your completely useless post.

hahah This. ^^

One of my screen protectors came damaged. Several emails later no response. I would have even appreciated an f off email saying they aren't responsible for damaged protectors after they are shipped.
