SGS3 hdmi input?

Hi im just wondering if there is a way I can get my Samsung s3 to receive an hdmi input. I have the hdmi adapter so I can display my phone screen on my tv. I think it would be awesome if I could use my phone to display the picture from my xbox or dvd player. Does anyone know if this is possible? I have looked on google but cannot find any info.

that is about the only option that i see is thru wifi or your network. i think that the hdmi port is only and output and will not be able to recieve hdmi input. the other idea is to get slingbox. i have it and you can hook the slingbox to any device that you want to use ie bluray player, and cable or satellite box.

now i can go wherever and watch my tv shows or even watch something i just recorded on my phone.
