Root Shall I Factory Reset or Root again ?

hi to all.
I've rooted my explorer 2 days ago nd worked till now bt suddenly Root apps like Titanium Backup nd Superuser aren't working properly nd asking for root acces means they aren't finding roots.
so knew its problem related to root so Shall I do FACTORY RESET or ROOT it again ?
what after I do either one of them ?
nd I read that explorer stuck @ Htc logo after factory reset on rooted device.
so I'm afraid wht to do ?
