Help Sharing calendars... Impossible or what?!?

Ok, I have spent hours to find a solution, but there seems to be a dead end. I give it a last chance...

I want to share caledars with the rest of the family. I'm on Android (HTC Dersire HD) with exchange server 2003. The rest of the family is on iPhone also exchange. I find that Google Calendar works well for sharing so I am aiming for that choice.

But, how do I sync my Work -> Exchange -> HTC to my PC or directly to Google calendar?!? This must be possible or!?!

well, you can try this

export your exchange calender in csv format or format readable by google calender (check that first)

then create a new calender in google web, and import this file into that calender

once imported you can then share that google calender to anyone
