Sharing internet with pc through data cable

I dont have a wireless modem so i have to use a data cable.I need to connect to internet with my tablet.How can i give my pc's internet to my tablet through data cable?My tablet uses android 4.1.1

Or you could set your PC up for Internet Connection Sharing, sharing to the computer's wifi adapter, and connect the tablet with wifi.
