Hi
I am trying to connect my android to my computer and this looks like a good place to find out what's going wrong! I am traveling in Arizona, but live in Montana with husbands and dog!
 
Hello Sharonriddle. Welcome to the community. I apologize for not completely following what you are trying to do. Are you connecting your device to your computer via the USB cable? Are you trying to connect to your pc/web via a router? What Android device are you using? Thanks for being patient

Hello Sharonriddle and welcome to the forums

There was similar problem in my college at the a while but I after a few tests I did I just then turned off the router/modem and it worked again.
hope this is just the problem if not you should ring up your ISP ( internet service provider ) and get them to have a look at what the problem could be.
