shattered Screen

i got my phone on friday and dropped it on saturday.....my screen is shattered how much does it cost to get it fixed and how long will it take ?

If the only thing that's damaged is the glass screen on the front, they will replace it for no charge as long as you have insurance, it's a sprint store that does repairs, and they have them available in the store. I just damaged mine a couple nights ago, took it in and they replaced it in 40 minutes.

Before you leave the store though, I'd double check to make sure things are working normally. When they replaced my screen they didn't hook up my phones earpiece right, so I couldn't hear any phone calls that I was receiving.

That is what I was hoping to hear, that they finally figured this out. That is what my son thought and I do have insurance. But They do nto answer the phones at the repair store very often.
