Root shell

I noticed this happened on my warp sequent when I pressed both volume buttons at the same time, but it's also been happening on my prevail 2 when I open voltage control. I get a crap load of prompts telling me shell has been granted (denied on my sequent) superuser permissions, and it lags up my phone for a while.
is there a way to stop or prevent this?

I even tried my hardest to reproduce it.
I came up empty

Do you have 2 superuser managing apps installed?
And maybe updating the binary could solve issue?

it's alright. maybe a new ROM or an Odin firmware reload might fix it

I got so fed up with it that I uninstalled it. I've been using rom toolbox pro to control the clockspeed since with no problems
