Help Shift running slow after one month

Well, that's very odd, isn't it?
This sort of thing tends to always trace to one of a few things: either some app has gone crazy or a configuration setting is going nuts under the hood.
Both are traceable and fixable.
Did this start before or after your root efforts?

Im having this problem myself. The phone was great for the first few weeks then got alot slower all of a sudden. I thought maybe it was from using up to much memory cuz thats what used to happen on my old phone and i would delete some stuff and it would speed up. I tried with this phone but it didnt work. This is my second android phone but im no expert and i am looking for any suggestions.

That's really weird, I have tons and tons of apps installed on my phone and bunch of widgets, different launcher, using a lot of services on all the time and the phone is still blazing fast. I did however flash the 1.5GhZ kernel, which is making the phone much faster.

Same here. Rooting your phone however, will not make it faster than stock. You have to boot into recovery mode and flash a kernel that you had previously downloaded.
