Most likely no. Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) source code was never released by Google so you will be hard pressed to find a rom to work on a device it wasn't originally intended for.
 
Thanks for your reply. Ok thats alright if I cannot install 3.1. But I dont know why non of the HDQRS games are working in my device.

Its showing some kind of error. My device has all kind of requirements to run a hd game. But when I open nova the sound is playing but I cannot see anything in the display.

When I open real racing 2 hd it says that error loading m3g rr_track18.m3g

i have asphault 5 hd which is working well.

Can you please help me to solve this problem??
 
It seems to me that you're trying to use some applications that aren't compatible with your device. You might get an answer if you post your issues here rather than inside the introduction forum. Best of luck to you.
