I just got the RMA as well, yeah, they do seem really busy. I'll give them a chance and try for an exchange. Just wonder what the turn around will be.

i've already re-ordered. you can do this and they will just issue you a refund for defective merchandise. so turn around is however long it takes them to get them back in stock (was 2 days, now 3 days).

if you're "exchanging", then you'll have to wait for them to inspect it first and then possibly wait for stock after that period. i love bill me later haha

Yes, I love bill me later as well. Anyway, I've decided to just return it for now. I'll wait until some time next week to see if there's any news on the Verizon version. I'm currently out of contract anyway. I'll be focusing on finals and stuff until then.

i ordered through expansys , over all they have been awesome.

My SGN seems to be defective with the radio and not holding a signal. They are swapping them out no questions asked. I ordered another one thats on its way and doing a RMA on the current one that will be credited back to me once they get it. THey have already sent me the fedex shipping label as well.

So far im impressed.
