Shipping Notification!!

So, if it says "Will ship in 2-3 days" ....when would my order be updated? I am getting anxious...I want mine now :D

Normally, FedEx is pretty good about updating their logs with tracking info. It says it's ETA is 4/28 by 7pm. Has anyone else's tracking updated beyond the info I've received?

Same - and STILL no update.
 
So my Inc is at the sort facility right next to my office ad they told me vzw has a policy that it can't be picked up prior to their first attempt. Anyone know a way around this? I can't take it knowing it so close!

You can call FedEx and arrange pick up....I have done it before. :)
 
My package still shows sitting in Memphis so I called FedEx to see if weather was still causing the delay. The lady said that it was still there and since it isn't due til tomorrow it won't be moving until tonight. I am in Northern Kentucky by the way. Looks like everyone who stills shows a package in Memphis won't be getting anything today. If the date says the 28th by 7....that is when you are getting it.

It has said this since at least Sunday afternoon. Anyone else in the same boat? Any chance it just shows up for delivery without my ever receiving tracking info?
 
mines going to be here today by 3pm!! woohoo! thank god! called fed ex to see if i could sneak in a pick up earlier but verizon rules to attempt delivery once still in effect..oh well..today is finally the dayy!!

Yep...mine hasn't been updated since 3:20am. Like I said above, I called and the lady said it could be updated after 8:30 or so when they open, but said it probably wouldn't leave until tonight.

I also spoke with customer service this morning, and she said that because of the weather delays in Memphis, several of their flights had been backed up over the past couple of days. Some of the units are starting to trickle out, but the rest are still there because packages that were sent out sooner and delayed have priority over ours that have an estimated delivery set for the 28th.

Thanks, somehow I missed your post, this waiting is driving me crazy! I am so impatient!
 
Now how is it that my cover and phone were in Memphis at the exact same time and my cover is out for delivery but my phone status shows its still in Memphis. ....ugg
 
Just FYI for those who dont have track information yet:

I just called Verizon customer service to ask why I haven't received shipping information yet and they told me that they were having problems getting it out to all the pre-orders and just because you havent received information doesnt mean it hasnt shipped. They asked for my information (ordered 4/20) and based on the fact it was processed Sunday - they said hopefully I'll get an email by today but if not, assured me that I will receive it tomorrow by 7pm.

Both orders are on fedex truck for delivery today, there were scheduled to be delivered on the 28th by 7pm. I'm in MD.

On FedEx vehicle for delivery. Finally! Though, tracking still shows the 28th for estimated delivery.

This is going from West Chester, PA to Baltimore, MD.

BTW, my first post. Glad to be a part of these forums.
