Haha, you know, I would -- but we have a big office and I don't even know where the mail room is =P

Haha, sorta off topic but this reminds me of an office I used to work at. It was a massive 125,000 sq ft, 1-story behemoth.

The company I worked for had been there since the 1970's and had a 30 year old mail delivery robot. The thing would go from one end of the building to the other in 4-5 hours. You weren't allowed to pick up mail from the mailroom, so when I was in a rush, I had to wait those 4 hours to get the mail.

The worst part was when the robot "glitched" and stopped right in front of your cube without mail. You couldn't get out of the cube until a technician came to move it.

don't know if anyone else saw this but there's another thread on the forum about a FedEx truck that crashed last night on I-440 on it's way to Nashville....it closed Eastbound I-440 til 4am.....

maybe an explanation regarding some of the phones....

Your just full of good news. LOL :D

Okay. I called my former college room mate. He worked at Fed Ex in Pittsburgh for a few years. We both ordered Incredibles at the same time on 4/18. Since he lives in Baltimore, His is coming from Philly. My package hasn't moved from Memphis since Sunday, so I was wondering what was up. He called a friend he has at Fed Ex and everything is normal. BUT here's what "normal" means. 2 day shipping is exactly like overnight, except they hold onto the packages an extra day. His friend said our packages are in the 2 day can. So in essence a holding pen. Sooooo, tonight we should see the package move on a route as if it were an overnight package, ending in delivery to our houses tomorrow as scheduled.

I just have to say that Verizon is ridiculous for saying "free overnight delivery." Apparently it was free 2nd day delivery. What a bunch of BS! Isn't that false advertising? I know technically it wasn't supposed to be out til the 29th, but some people are getting it earlier than others and that isn't cool.

Life isn't fair. They promised you the device by April 29th, they also didn't advertise free overnight delivery, that is just what it said when you were checking out when pre-ordering the device. That is there to make people believe that without a doubt they will receive their device by the 29th. Considering people received the device last week, they could have used a pack mule to deliver your phone and you wouldn't know the difference if it was overnight or not except that FedEx tells you the type of shipping. I say you could raise cane if you don't have an Incredible by the 30th. I'm still waiting just like you so I feel your pain.

Meh, rejoice with those who rejoice. I just hope I get mine before I have to go home. Because if I do have to go home, that means I'll have to make the trek out to Fedex's delivery center in South SF...without a car.

This is crazy. It left Newark yesterday only to go back there today???

Arrg! Just got my shipping notice. Picked up in Memphis today at 11:20AM. It's listed to be delivered by 4/29, 7:00PM. Here's the kicker, I'm IN Memphis. My office is within 1/4 mile of FedEx World HQ. They're holding my phone hostage for the next 2 days and there's not a thing I can do about it. So close, but yet so far....:(

UGH! Fedex decided to take mine through oakland first! Fedex ground is a two day from LA and probably would have had it at my local facility today, but I guess express goes through oakland. Im envious of others who got theirs today. Then tomorrow I get to deal with them trying to deliver it to my house when no one is home... BLAH!

So did everyone get an email with shipping info or just kept checking the status through verizon? Does verizon give shipping/tracking info from their site?

Ya, mine is in Oakland to...heading for Sacramento, I hope :)

I'm sure that truck was headed right towards Cincinnati to drop my phone off. Great! Now it's scattered in a million pieces all over the highway. Hope the driver is ok. I can get another phone.

Mine arrived in Oakland today at 9:53 am

Do you think it'll get delivered today? I am 40 minutes South of Oakland in San Jose. Too bad it doesn't say out for delivery :( Hopefully it changes but I'm guessing 10am is "late" for FedEx

actually you might still be ok. i just posted about it possibly missing the truck, and i just refreshed and about 10 minutes ago my status updated to say 'out for delivery'. so there's still a glimmer of hope.

You are correct! It's on the truck for delivery.

Sounds right to me !

Ok, I’m in Florida and just spoke to FedEx manager. He said because they are 2 day delivers it will not go out till tonight. They will be on the truck tomorrow for delivery. Apparently they are holding them till tonight.

Mine said "on vehicle for delivery" this morning also. Now, it says it's back at the terminal and "not due for delivery". Unbelievable! They had it on the truck and took it back!

Well mine has just arrived and been activated so there is definitely not a hold until the 29th for the ones just shipped. It went out yesterday morning and arrived this morning in Southern California.

Oh, the phone is GORGEOUS!

P.S. I ordered around noon on 4/20.
