Help ShortCut/QuickLaunch help?

[Seeyouentee]

apologies if this has been repeated but i cant find anything with a search....or not exactly sure what to search for.

long story short, i have two x10's and on one of them i have a quick-launch or shortcut bar in the right-hand home screen. it was there from new and is the most useful thing but my other phone doesnt have it.

can anybody tell me what it is called? is it an app? where it came from? and how to install it on my other phone?

thanks in advance

You're welcome. There are better widgets in the Market like SwitchPro Widget but if you're happy with stock widgets and what not then stick with them.
