shortcut to turn on/off 4g

I just got a new ego (old one giving me problems) anyway I deleted the shortcut to turn the 4g on and off and can't figure out how to get it back. Anyone know how to do this?

I literally just searched 4g widget and pulled that up.

thanks...and sorry ...i searched 4g homescreen or something like that and couldnt find anything. didnt try 4g widget. i always do a search first cause i dont want to waste anyones time but i appreciate you putting a link rather than just saying "do a search" lol

Slightly different topic, but if you install launcherPro which doesn't have a 4g widget, you can install a new one from here:
