Root Should I be concerned *Photo*

I'm wondering, should I be concerned. If anyone recalls my post here,

Look what happened today on my way from a Starbucks.

(Photos taken on a N9120 under abysmal lighting, also known as my ceiling light)

Fully rooted, and fully ready to be re-deployed. Found one in the trash can and today, after fixing a laptop, the owner gave me, a LGMS770 as 'payment', for something I never asked for. I wonder if I should upgrade my current ZTE N9120, with this new found critter.

(Thank you to sammyz, aaronmy and everyone who posted such valuable data and results on rooting and customizing their series LGMS770s.)

haha lucky send one my wayy lol but if u dont mind a smaller screen go for it!:) or sell them and sell ur avid and buy the new f3:)

You could start breeding Motions
I suggest breeding the motion with something with a little bigger screen

I would highly recommend keeping one for yourself and using it
Despite the screen size its a bad ass phone

Nao, I wish to continue tinkering with it...until of course, I get bored and might take your latter advice and put it up for sale, most likely here.

I actually am tempted by that thought, however I would have to go into a Metro Store *Shudders* and see the phone for myself, hopefully one that is active, instead of a plastic dummy. I actually am more thankful for my N9120 than I was before, this user reminded me.

I keep hearing about the F3, F5, L9, L-whatever...I am just unsure!

You mean something like this? In that same link I posted above, it looks like the Motions will be breeding like bunnies.

I am tempted to activate one, just to take it for a test drive, it is much faster than my Avid, from the appearance, but it is not as big as I think I have gotten used to.

According to Phone Arena though, there are not that many differences between the Avid and the F3, but...I mean, I really am unsure, selling two for one, for something I can use...

Here is my recommendation
Keep a motion for yourself.
Sell your avid, sell or donate other motion
Save your money and wait until something good comes out thats better then a 1.2-1.5 dual core.
sure you will lose .5 inches of a screen but your also doubling internal storage.
1080p video recording, 1gb memory, adreno gpu, better talk and stand by time.

Honestly, before the Motion, I used to be a big screen fanboy that assimilated the size of the screen to the size of my painus metaphorically speaking... but the little guy grew on me to the point I love it. It's much more smoother than my LG Esteem, pretty fast and non laggy at all, and love CM-10 in it now, and keep customizing it... I mean, for 50 bucks, it's the best deal I ever got.

I have both the f3 and l9 as well as huawei premia and valiant, motion, coolpad Quattro....

The motion nd premia are Most developed of them all but the f3 and l9 ate nicer all around.

Premia is a sweet little piece of work too and actually my favorite, but I have an issue with my power button and can't find my receipt.

Qoolpad. .. I busted the screen in anger, nuff said

I am tempted to possibly in October, activate one of these Motions and simply take it for a 'test drive'.

I gave the other Motion to a family member to replace her faulty LG MT375. She actually needs a new phone, while I currently, have a choice.

What could come out that might be better than the current selection from Metro, if I might ask. I am curious what will they come out with and when.

Size of your Painis. Pingas. I follow loud and clear.

This is not quite the reason it is keeping me from using it, but for the fact that the N9120, actually has weight, and some 'resistance', to everyday use. This user reminded me of it. http://androidforums.com/zte-avid-4g/770816-hello-avid.html

Hmm, I am tempted to take it for a test drive.
i prefer the way the motion fits in my hand compared to larger phones.
I thought phones were supposed to fit with only a few inches sticking out, not like your Note, which is almost the size of a giant Hershey's Chocolate Bar.

I grew from a Samsung Admire. Its a big jump, I love it to death
Oddly enough, the Admire was the phone I was planning to get for that same family member, until Metro phased it out.

Ohh Tokenpoke...it has been a while. o3o (I remember you from the Huawei Ascend)

Which one seems to be the 'better' model, F3 or L9? These are possible options I was considering if I were to sell my Avid and Motion. I cannot find a Huawei Premia around me.

I have not heard of the Qoolpad, but I will not ask why, for knowing you, I can only come to the conclusion why it no longer exists.

The L9 has amazing clarity and definition.. It's 4.5in the F3 is 4. The L9 has a 1ghz dual-core with 1.6 internal storage the F3 has a slightly faster processor at 1.2 slightly better battery but less storage. Both have a 5mp camera but the L9 has a vga front camera. Plus L9 has actual full development while F3 has basically none it is lokid, rooted, but that's about it.. In all honesty I am getting the L9 tomorrow or Friday so I will be giving my motion to a friends son. Im gonna have to make the change eventually plus it has 10.1 and 10.2.....

What could come out?
How about this
Oppo N1 camera phone announced | Digital Trends

Now thats what I call a phone
Oh damn. That is, a phone.

You sir, deliver.
Cyanogenmod became Cyanogen Inc. And with Oppo making phones with CM installed heads will roll :smokingsomb: :D ;)
Really? I had no idea they did that. I am even more tempted to put CM on my MS770.

Will carriers 'carry' the phone with CM installed?

L9 it is then. Thank you for the comparison, they're almost identical.

The only problem is that I have become attached to my N9120. I have to see this L9 in person, and not a dummy display. I think my mind will be made up when I take my Motion on that test drive for a week.
