Help Should i buy this phone?

Hi, im looking to buy this phone for my sister for her bday. I wanted to know if this phone has any known problems or issues i should know about? My sister currently has the optimus m and she needs an upgrade

It doesn't seem like much of an upgrade from an Optimus M, although it's newer and has a nicer screen. The WFS's biggest problem is lack of internal memory for apps which can be overcome. But it will require some tinkering. Other than that, I think it's a fine low-cost Android phone.
