I made the switch from a BB Bold 9000 to the Captivate last Friday and so far I am in love!! There is just one issue...
When I am on a call it is difficult for me to hear the person on the other end. I have the volume turned all the way up... but not only is that not that loud but they also sound muffled. It's gotten to the point where I'm unknowingly pressing the phone against my ear really hard so I can hear better.
Has anyone noticed muffled/quiet sound?
Should I exchange it for another one?
