Root Should I flash custom rom?

I have Galaxy Y and Im not sure about flashing roms. I have been reading on the internet that flashing custom roms will disable some functions on your phone. Someone commented that after flashing Creed rom v2.1 headphones and bluetooth didnt work. Im reaaaaally low on money. Thats why Im afraid to brick my newly bought phone. What are the chances of the flashing going wrong? And if I return back to stock will (as I mentioned about bluetooth) it work again?

Installing a custom Rom has its pros and cons.

If u want to install a custom Rom then I would say, go for creed's Rom v2 or v2.1

if you do brick your device, u can fix it by flashing the stock Rom via Odin.
