And then just put 64gb micro sd card? I'm not really good with this sd cards... never tried it even once. So if I put the SD Card... 80 gb I can use? Example I can install apps for upto 80gb?

exactly =]
if your device supports the 64gb card and has 16 internal you will have an enormous amount of space

Won't the phone automatically put the apps on the 16gb internal? So if you install a game, won't it by default go on the internal drive?

Yes but you can use an application like APS2SD or Titanium backup in the google store (if you are rooted)
if not there is a setting with most app (in settings) to push it to external.

I see. So that if my Note II is unrooted... only apps that are capable of pushing themselves to external are the only I can place in micro sd?

But if my device is rooted... I can push ANY app in the external memory?

pretty much, the only apps usually that arent the best to push are the ones that have widgets linked to them for it breaks the widgets
its also recomended not to push theme apps and homescreen editors.
