Should I get the G2x or the My touch 4g slide?

I may be switching to Tmobile in October and want to know your opinions. Should I get the G2x, or the My touch 4g slide? I am experienced with flashing roms and rooting, so it would be nice to have that option. the My touch forum seems dead though.....

I'm surprised no one has replied yet. lol.

Many will tell you not to get this phone.

The best advice I can give you, if you're looking at rooting and playing around with ROMs, the G2x may be the best one with that. It has a lot of developer support.

But be prepared that you can experience some difficulties with this phone.

I like this phone pretty fast and smooth interface. Custom rom are tight but I don't like rooting personally. The only.good thing the 4g slide has good is its 8 pixel camera
Best camera than any other phone camera. I wish the g2x had a bigger screen that would be lovely. Any ways I had the 4g but didn't like it I have the g2x and I love this fuk the problems we all live with problems. That me

Another thing to note. Netflix does not currently work on the G2X. It may later (I Hope) but the app won't work now.

I like keyboards, first Android was a G1. The screen on the G2X lets me do just about the same as the dedicated keyboard. I do miss the trackball though.

Wow mean. Manners learn to use them.

LOL+1 manners learn to use them (what a dick) forums are exactly for the purpose of gaining special knowledge, reviews etc.

personally i have played around with the G2x and the MT4G and must say the G2x won me over. it is ridiculously fast, and is extremely customizable as another member stated there is a lot of Development for this phone: custom roms, themes, kernels etc. (rooted of course). but of course the best review will be your own, honestly i think you cant go wrong with the G2x.

I'm using both now, (MTG4 & G2x) still learning how to use the G2x . Why can't I talk & use the camera on the G2x

Netflicks works on mind with 2.3.3
