should i reset my evo before having sprint switch????

i have a rooted, custom-rommed, htc hero. i will adding my gf onto my account and giving her my hero and getting an evo for myself. can i have radio shack or best buy do something like this or can only a sprint store switch the phone numbers associated with phones?

also will they say something or notice my hero being rooted or rommed?

Log onto your account online and you'll see the option to activate a phone. Just follow the instructions to activate the EVO on your number, then do the same for the Hero on hers.

Either way it shouldn't matter if your Hero is rooted or not.

This shouldn't be necessary for the numbers to be switched.

Just call sprint up and have them switch the numbers. I had a rooted moment i switched to my brothers number, and it was no problems. They just need the number out of the back..nothing more.
