Help Should i root

1:Is Rooting Worth it?
2: Can u unroot once u root
3: What stuff can u do once u root
4: Is rom just a theme confused about that.
5: If root is a good way to do Does anyone got a
tut so i can do it

or should i stay with 2.3 even though flash is pretty decent but slow and loading.
Also if i root will it let me play videos on sites that dont let phones play it like hulu.
