Root Should I Root?!

Alright. Im Rooted, got my ROM loaded, Overclocked to 1.2. Everything is great. Any tips on Overclocking Frequencies and what not? Any cool things to get now that im Rooted and ROMd? :P
 
I dont quite get the Frequency and Voltage settings with the Root Program. I started with Medium Voltage and 1.2Ghz. I made the Minimum 800Mhz, and I set the Governor to Performance. It runs pretty awesome for a few hours, then crashes. I did the same but with Low Voltage. Same outcome. I know the phone can run at 1.2Ghz...I just must be setting something up wrong.
 
I just want to mention, the reason your g1 was slow was because you were running a build that was made for phones with faster processors. I know this because I had the same problem, however the advantage of being able to store apps2sd was worth the loss of speed. ahhhh the days of 256mb of internal storage :)
 
Hahaha yeah...I kinda miss my G1...but every time I look at my DX...any sadness of that loss goes right out the window.
