Should I sell?

Seriously considering selling my Galaxy Tab before it becomes outdated to wait on the Xoom. Xoom looks to be better than the Tab but I am concerned about the price of the Xoom. Reports are the Xoom may be $1,000. I think I would be willing to sell my tab for $500 with all the accessories so is the additional $500 worth it for the xoom?
 
I love my Galaxy Tab. In my opinion, I would hold on to it, I just got mine a couple weeks ago, and I think it is a very good solid android based tablet. I got mine to use for college. But that is just my opinion.
 
I as well love my Galaxy Tab. And while spec wise things are passing it there still isnt a tab that is as well optimized and as smooth as the Galaxy tab. Thats why I will be keeping mine
 
Yes you should sell. Personally, I'd prefer the SGT over the Xoom due to form factor alone. But if that's not a deal breaker (or furthermore, you want the larger screen size), then sell the SGT and get the Xoom.

If I were to get the Xoom, I'd get the wifi only version for sure, since I wouldn't be carrying it around much. Then again, I can't really think of a reason to own a Xoom other than it's really cool.

Note that this is exactly what I thought about the SGT, and boy did I change my mind.
 
hahah yeah I thought my SGT was just gonna be a wow factor little toy but it does everything I need it to and more. I havent TOUCHED my Samsung NC10 netbook since I got the SGT
 
My Evo collects dust now. I used to be obsessive about charging it to 100% before leaving for work, but since I'm not using it nearly as much, I'll leave the house with the battery at <50% and don't worry about it.

$1000???:eek: That's insane if they sold it for $1000. I would rather keep the galaxy tab if I already had one.

If you are set on selling a device, do it now.

If you are that worried about the Galaxy Tab becoming outdated, dont bother with the Xoom either. Becausebright after the Xoom comes out, something better will be on the way, and you will want to sell your Xoom. Sorry to say it, but welcome to the world of technology. Its the hot new product until someone makes a new one and than its outdated. Your best bet would be to hire a group of engineers, and get a custom tablet made, with a super amoled screen, 2.5 ghz dual core processor, 3.5 gb ram, the screen size you want, a 1.5tb hard drive, and dont tell anyone about it. Or it too will become outdated. Didnt mean to come rude, but ive seen a lot of talk about the SGT being outdated.
