Should I update from .038 to .039?

I'm having no problems with my Triumph but I checked and saw that my software version is 1010.2.038 and that other owners have a .039 version. Unless someone can give me a reason to update I'll keep .038. But I'm not having any other problems than the usual battery and signal strength.
Thoughts, anyone?

i went from 038 to 039 and haven't noticed any improvements. i did notice screen flickering on 039 during a phone call. thinking about restoring 038 to see if i missed it

you need to be rooted and d/l the stock rom in the clockwork mod thread

EXACTLY. Like you, I have the .038, also like you I have no problems with my phone. Stick to what works and be thankful.

Well, so far, everyone who's on .038 seems to be doing fine. So I'll be sticking with it until - hopefully - we get Gingerbread.

Ah come on people, Android being a loose cousin of Linux is meant to be broken then fixed then broken. Like Linux's motto says: "Have Fun". Of course if it is your primary phone you must set aside time to fix it if you break it.
