If you purchase a phone fromw wirefly would you pay them your payment every month or get a statement from verizon and pay it like normal?

You get and pay your bill from Verizon every month just like normal. After the initial purchase you don't see or interact with Wirefly unless you cancel the line or otherwise incur their ETF's.

When you purchase from an authorized Verizon dealer, you are a Verizon customer the same as if you'd purchased at the Verizon store. Verizon sends you the bill every month, and you can pay by mail or at Verizon.com or at the local Verizon store. Wirefly just sets up the account for you. In fact, if you choose a free phone, you never pay a penny to Wirefly.
