I am among those who has experienced call quality issues. HTC currently states they are working on a fix. While I can make calls and they dont always sound horrible, but sometimes its just annoying on my end, and my g/f has told ive sounded like im underwater a few times. I dont think this is a signal issue as my signal level has looked fine.
I bought the phone from Best Buy and chose the Verizon insurance (I am regretting that now, perhaps I shouldve taken the Best Buy insurance for easy swap out if they would swap it out over this). I signed up for a new contract with Verizon to get this phone.
Now the question is should I wait, praying whatever HTC comes up with indeed fixes my issue? Or should I try to swap out the phone as soon as I can? Or do I really have no choice in the matter, being that the phones are still out of stock and from what I hear, Verizon does not give you a replacement phone before you send off yours?
