Should i wait for sim free LTE version??

I really want to get a Note 2 but i'm wondering if the non-LTE version will come down in price once the LTE version is released sim free.

Should i wait for the LTE version or just take the plunge? I'm not too fussed about LTE.

My thinking is that in a years time when Samsung "New Thing" is released, G4 will be available in many parts of the UK. (Other networks have pushed Oftel for earlier start and predict being up and running in 6 to 9 months.)
I will lust after "New Thing" and find my non-able G4 'phone more difficult to sell as everyone and his brother will only want a G4 able device making my upgrade to "New Thing" more costly. ( Assuming I can sell it at all!)
Thus, I am going to wait for Sim free LTE.

What has to be taken into consideration here is the data plan too. Its all very well downloading at super fast speeds but you are going to have to pay extra for more data, thats for sure. I was going to wait before buying the Note 2 but after thinking about it I can't justify spending silly amounts on a 4g contract when I already pay silly amounts on my unlimited internet package. Maybe if I didn't have home internet I would think about it.

I was going to wait for the LTE version also but you have to consider that it is not available on O2 yet and may not be for some time. I am also happy with my package and unlimited data. I cannot see the 4G tariffs offering unlimited for what I am getting, not for some time anyway.

I have also read that the sim free LTE version may not ever be released anyway, and on other sites that they are all 4G and will just need upgarding to unlock the 4G features, not quite sure on that one.

3G has two variants anyway doesnt it, isnt there a top 3G+ offers higher speeds as standard.

The thing is I was goin to wait, but you could be waiting month for something that might not appear.

Hence I have just ordered a quality SPIGEN crystal screen protector in fact the last one on amazon for
