Root Should I worry

Rooting voids your warranty.

Non-stock ROM means you rooted it.

I'm sure you can do the math...

I thought you could have a custom boot animation without root

What does a custom boot animation have to do with anything?

You have a custom ROM on it. We have no way of telling if they'll check. But if they check, and decide to be hardasses about it, you could be on the hook for an expensive phone.

Unless there is something that is actually preventing you from going into the bootloader and SBF'ing it, just do it. It doesn't make sense to skip this very simple, quick step as a precaution.

the process takes about 10 minutes
its very simple, just reactive the phone to insure that everything is correct.
as binary said, you need to sbf, just because you removed root doesnt mean you removed the rom.
you have to flash to sbf to be safe. cause you dont not want the extra fee that they will impose on you for voiding your contract and turning in a phone that isnt within their standards.

the sbf file is here
U D G
im guessing because my work blocks certain websites, and his is one of them :p

its in your best interest to SBF back to stock ^_^
