You should be able to flash it via recovery. Best advice I can give you right now is that you switch the zip from EMMC to MTD( that is the only setting that's ever worked for me No problem)
EDIT: hope you downloaded the settings or at least remember what you want because you'll be uploading to uot kitchen again and recooking the zip file

The Esteem isnt an MTD device, its an EMMC


And stupid question, you guys are picking up the correct package at check out right?

Thanks guys. I get what you're saying now.

I don't even have to mess with the GingerSteems rom framework & SystemUI.

I just run the new cook from UOT Kitchen and it will replace the current ones in GingerSteem. Correct?

Correct!. As you flash the uot to your phone, it will replace the framework and systemui that are in your phone...
