Show sms sent time

I want to know what time sms text messages were sent not what time my phone received them. Old Android phon3s showed this information . There used to be an app that did it. There used to be a function in hand cent. People used to complain about this. I can't find any way of doing it no Wots of people still want this. Why hasn't this problem been addressed by developers?

You want the sent time of when you sent them or when the other person sent them?

Use Smart Notify for receiving SMS. It saves SMS with time when the SMS was sended, no received, when the time is more than 1 minute, time in popup is in red color
