It's just one of the shortcuts. Long press home screen, choose shortcuts, then choose direct dial and pick a contact.

Update: Hrm, it only appears to be a 4x1 instead of 5x1, which is what I assume it must be to fit across my entire header? It was either that or the pro version... Is the pro version the one that's capable of fitting a Note or am I missing a setting somewhere?

Did you try holding and then resizing to fit the screen? I'm pretty sure that's all I did for it to take up the screen.

For you folks using Advanced Clock Widget. I finally got it to be transparent, finally got the hour and minute to overlap, but how do you make it larger to fill up the screen more? I tried resizing and that didn't work. It just made the space bigger and separated the hour and minutes. I like the big, overlapped look, but can't seem to get it. Any help would be appreciated.
