Really doing my head in now. Cant take calls cause it thinks its on headset. Happened a few times now

No one else had this problem? I guess my headphone jack must be faulty then as it appears that one of the pins is jamming

Yes I had this with my mp3 player which wouldn't play on its loud speaker. Took it to an electronics repair shop and got it fixed.
It's better that you go to the authorized place for the phone..
