So I have had my prevail for a long time now and always wondered why my shrinkage status was never updated. So with shrinkage, as everyone already knows, after every (6) ON-TIME payments your bill reduces by $5 down to $35 or $40 idk. I will admit that there were 3 times where I didn't pay my bill on time, so I am not going to include those 3 months. So basically, Boost reps were very vague on the phone and would not factor in my shrinkage into my monthly bill. anyways, after haggling with them for 20 minutes, the rep came back and told me "ok we will deduct $5 from your acct". I told her that is unacceptable I should have already have $15 in shrinkage and FINALLY, after going through bank statements for the last 24 months and proving to her by the dates I paid my boost bill that I did qualify for shrinkage. She lowered my bill from $55 down to $40 a month. What a scam! I know I'm not the only one that has went through this!?
Just thought I'd share my 2 cents on this, I don't know if anyone else has had a similar experience with this. What I should have done was demand a credit for the last 6 months of me overpaying them $15 per month. OH well..........
