Do you mean where it says MetroPCS on I think a black screen? I think you can get it by copying the poweroff.apk (I think that's the name) from stock or Black Plague and it should give you that image. I think I remember seeing a thread some time back on how to change that image, but I didn't look into it so I don't know how it's done.

EDIT: Just opened up the PowerOff.apk from Black Plague, and I would assume you would just have to replace the power_off png files in drawable-hdpi folder. I can't say yes or no that would work, but I don't see why it wouldn't.
