Side Out Bar Volume

I've noticed the Side Out bar volume is extremely loud. I believe it's set by the Ringer volume, but is there possibly another way to lower it w/out lowering the ringer volume?

try opening an app and lowering the media volume

Settings-/sound-/volume, you will see 3 sliders one for ringtone, one for media and one for alarm, that should fix ya up. : )B

thanks, but it's not the media volume. I'd like to use it more but it is so loud if I have my ringer volume all the way up.

It is tied to the ringer volume. I'd use it if it was quiet, but I hate the swooshing sound it makes. Stupid coding, although I'm sure someone thought it was cool.

Just get a different launcher.....
