Help Signal 3G Icon

Hello! I just got my SGS2.

I have a little question about the signal bar. It is always in 3G when I do something sometimes it changes to H+, sometimes just to H. What does this mean?

I know it's dumb, but I'd like to know! Cheers.

It switches to H(+) if available whenever a data connection is active i.e. transferring data. It drops back to 3G when the connection is idle.

So it is normal to switch back and forth? I tought my connection was intermittent or dropping.
