Help signal bars are jumping

I know when the Incredible first came out it had Signal bar issues. I have just recently notice that mine is jumping from full to none to 1 or 2 bars. What could be causing this, my dbm is -95 to -99 is that really bad? I have a non rooted incredible.

-95 to -99 is a not so great signal, but you should still get clear calls, just your data speed won't be that fast. Don't pay attention to signal bars, sometimes they are accurate, most times not.
