Help Signal issues MetroPCS

I have had Metro service on my Admire for about 2 months now and am having signal issues inside many buildings. The service as it is now is not worth keeping. This phone is not yet rooted. The PRL is updated to 3026. Is there anything that can be done to receive better reception?

Thanks in advance for any input.
 
There's not much more you can do being indoors except try to be near a window or try to find a spot that gets a clearer signal.
