My Atrix 4G(ATT) Has been having some signal issues. It seems I lose HP+ and go into E, or I lose all connectivity all together. wifi works fine.
It seems to have stabled out but it still loses connection and displays the red circle with a line through it. My Atrix was fine before the update, can the radio be fried?

I had the same problem the day after I upgraded. I called att. They said there were a couple degraded towers in my area. It started working fine by the end of the night and haven't had the problem since.

If the radio fries, it's fried all together. I've never seen a cell phone just "Fry" on one band.

It sounds like you may be having signal issues in your area. As the previous person mentioned. Call AT&T (611) from your phone and report it. If they know about a tower, they'll let you know. If they don't know about the tower, you just helped bring it to their attention. (They can't fix it if they don't know about it.)

Sometimes, when they are working on a tower, they have to bring one of the bands down. Say, they are updating the 3G/4G radio's. So, they take them offline while they work on them, and you drop back to EDGE. It happens.

Mine has also had problems since the update. I lose data once in a while. Turning the wifi on and than back off on my phone fixes it. Kinda annoying.
