Most likely nothing... well Sorta. Try pulling the battery out while its on and leaving it off for a good minute or two. If that doesn't refresh your signal then try a prl update and a profile update. Hopefully, your issue will be solved. I recently had a billing issue with boost, where my debit card expired but they still tried to take the payment and I had half service for two days till it was straightened out. But during that time, my service was shotty where it should have been just fine. So make sure you are ok in that department...
