Help Signature error when upgrading to 2.2

when i try to upgrade through the offical exe for my carrier i get a error 132 signature error. signature is spelled wrong. i have been searcing the web and these forums for a fix. only a few references to this error messge exist, none with a clear fix. due to lack of hits i belive this is a rare issue.

my phone is stock, i have only downloaded apps from the app store.

talked to their support center and they said the executable gets corrupted while downloading from that particular site thats why i was getting signature error. wireless download should be available in the next few days. i should see that alert soon. the tech support guy also told me he will email me once he knows.
