Help SII keeps rebooting and rebooting

Hi. I have a samsung galaxy sii bought in Norway with the latest version of ICS installed. The phone is not, and have never been rooted. I restarted the phone using the "restart" option and now it is in an infinite loop of restarting IF the sim card is installed. If I take out the sim card it does not restart but the screen goes black and when I press the home button the errormessage "Unfortunately, TWLauncher has stopped" comes up, if I press OK the screen goes black again.

Has anyone got a solution to this problem? I cannot access any settings or apps on the phone, it is completely frozen.

Thank you for any help!

You probably need to do a factory reset. Since you can't access the screen, you have to access the main menu instead. In Gingerbread, you press Power+Home+Vol Up to access the menu for choices to factory reset / wipe cache etc.

Try that.
