Help SII to ICS with Odin (Bell Canada)

Hello Guys awhile back i upgraded my SII on the bell network with odin to 2.3.5 , now i see ICS is available for Bell , since it was awhile ago don't really remember how to upgrade , was wondering if somebody had a link to the ICS firmware , with instructions thanks

ok i went to sammobile searched for I9100 , long list of 4.0.3 , but don't see Canada (Bell) listed in the country/carrier list , which one do i use ? seems to me open europe is what i remeber is that correct ?

The new Nordic Countries, (NEE), firmware would be a good choice as it is the latest, unbranded, firmware and I am using it with no problems.
