Root Silent Mode Stuck (Gingersteem)

i use silent mode often. Using the Gingersteem ROM.

Recently when i attempt to turn it on/off it will go on/off for half a second and go right back to the position it was in before i tried to change it. If its off, it ill come on then turn right back off. If its on, ill turn it off and it will come right back on.

Maybe its the "GO Switch" widget app im using in conjunction with the default software....

Any ideas before i uninstall the GO Switch?
