Help Silent option missing.-only volume and vibrate available

My G3 does not have the option to completely silent the phone.
I used to have the option to adjust the volume level, vibrate and completely silent with a red slash threw the sound icon.
Ive look for a setting to add that back to the options but can't seem to find it.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

At the risk of telling you something you already know, do you access the priority menu by pressing the indented button on the back of the phone, above the raised button? That will bring up the menu for no interruptions (completely silent and no alarms) , priority interruptions or all interruptions.
